Police have registered a case against Allu Arjun, his security team and theater management under sections 3(5) of BNS along with 105 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder), 118(1) (intentionally causing hurt). The actor can be punished with imprisonment of up to three years under section 105 and up to 10 years under section 118. Allu Arjun had also reached the High Court to get the complaint cancelled. On December 11, he had filed a petition to quash the FIR lodged by the Chikkadapalli police, but he did not get relief.
